Ms. Ndubuaku and Mr. Okiemute are both dancers with Ijodee Dance Company, the performing outfit of Ijodee Dance Centre, a major centre for dance in Nigeria and the organizer of the TRUFESTA Dance Festival. Hailing from Imo state, Victoria Ndubuaku is a prolific and versatile dancer with an extensive performance background. Her past experiences include Olurunbi the Musical (2010), Ajayi the Slave Boy (2012) and four years at the TRUFESTA Dance Festival. Frank Okiemute is a dancer and percussionist from Delta State with over 10 years of experience working both within Nigeria and internationally. He is a guest artist with the National Troupe of Nigeria, the House of Dance and Ijodee Dance Company.

In Durban, Ms. Ndubuaku and Mr. Okiemute will be participating in a week-long training programme that will enhance their technical ability, improve their knowledge of dance and empower them as dancers.
